User Manual
This is the user manual covering the mobile version of therota.com. At present the functionality is limited to general staff. Rota admins need to use the full website version.
Login
Your login details are the same as you use for the full website version.
You don't need to log in every time you view your rota - simply bookmark the rota page via your device's browser functionality. This should give direct access to the rota page by creating a screen icon.
Password Reminder/Reset
You should use the main website version for these options.
Rota Page
This is your landing page after logging in. Further options are in the menu band, which stays at the top of your display.
This is the rota icon. Touching this will take you back to the rota. Usually it's positioned top right of the menu.
In the example of a rota page below, notice how working and non-working days are colour-coded. Touching a date/info block will take you to that day where you will have the opportunity to make personal diary notes (one is shown below). Depending on your workplace settings, you can request swaps or leave, or volunteer for shifts.
Main Menu (pop-up)
Touching this icon will bring the main menu pop-up, as shown below. The self-explanatory items shown will depend on your workplaces security settings.
